Many of the comments (if not all) deal with the customer service experience with the Astanza team which of course, me not being a customer, I'm not going to contradict.However customers must realize that much of the company reputation is based on the good quality products they commercialize. And I absolutely agree. The quality of the products is second to none.However, as a biomedical laser engineer and being involved with those same lasers on a daily basis I have to say that a huge part of that reputation comes thanks to the quality of the original manufacturers Astanza uses for its products, like Quanta Systems s.p.a or Asclepion Laser Technologies, all of them belonging to the same E.l.E.n group.Obviously, more than being a manufacturer, Astanza is an idea.I can't even imagine what would happen to the laser bussiness in US if Astanza would indeed invest that same idea in producing a laser of their own.

Astanza Laser is an amazing company! They're so helpful and informative. Starting my own business was scary and very intimidating, but knowing I can contact Josh or Amy at anytime, if I have any questions makes me feel so much better. We purchased our Astanza Trinity system exactly one year ago. I waited until now to leave a review because I wanted to be able to leave a well rounded review on all aspects of our experience with them.We spoke with Opal initially when deciding to make our purchase. Opal was extraordinarily patient with us as we do not make quick decisions. After deciding to purchase, we then began communicating with Amy and Justin to get the ball rolling on both installation and marketing. Then our installation and training with Jordan was fantastic. We were given a $1500 marketing credit which then put us in touch with Chrissy for reimbursement and Bennett from tech who helped us get our Google Ad information to submit for our marketing credit. We have had two maintenance visits from Hannah and Nick. After telling Nick we would be relocating the lasers, he offered to let me video him while he ran through how to break down the machines - it was an extra twenty minutes he did not have to give of his time, but he did.Krystal, Astanza’s Clinical Trainer, gave of her time in additional training and answering questions even a year down the line.All that to say, every single person from Astanza has been ridiculously prompt and attentive. When they give you a time to show up on site, they show up exactly when they say they’ll be there. They give more than is expected and it doesn’t come across as just a business looking to make money; it honestly comes across that they sincerely want you to be successful using their technology and will do whatever they can to help make that happen. Our lasers work effectively and one year in we haven’t had any hiccups with operation.We are extremely satisfied that we went with Astanza and one year in owning the machines, no one on the team has given us any reason to expect that they will ever drop the ball or quit giving us exceptional service from both a mechanical and customer service standpoint.
