My first experience with Astanza Laser was in March of 2021 and I had a terrific laser education and training experience. The training and information was so robust that we seriously considered opening a business. I was so excited about my new learning experiences @ New Look College - laser tattoo removal and how to conduct the business of of laser tattoo removal, Astanza is doing it all. This experience was all inclusive, from meeting the president of the company to conducting laser tattoo removal and everything in between. They have a marketing support team, a business development team, and an incredible laser technology support team this company is multifaceted. In December of 2021, my wife and I decided to move forward with opening a business in laser tattoo removal, vascular lesion removal and age spot removal. Our company name is “Envision Laser Removal.” We purchased the Duality Laser and the Zimmer Cryo, Jarrod Steven’s was our salesman and he checked in with us weekly via teleconference. He answered all of our questions and when there was anything he did not have answers for, he brought in an expert within the company. Amy Yan, our Client Success Manger and marketing person provided everything we needed to know about marketing our laser services, she provided terrific website content as well as marketing material like brochures, table tents, and posters of the services with before and after photos, we are current working on a company press release for our local area as well. We received our laser in March of 2022 and we could not be more thrilled with it and the training we received for our staff form Jordan Hall, the resident Astanza Lead Engineer on staff with a degree in Bio Medical Engineering from Texas A&M. Jordan is an incredible professional with the technical and medical expertise to support our laser business (what a dude!). Josh Walsh, our sales rep, technical advisor, and business development advice guy also with a degree in Bio Medical Enginering from South Carolina University, he step up and really has helped us startup practically fault free. Having Josh is like having a “Dad” who give you advice and his advice you take because we are a young company, Josh is my man!!! Finally, the President of the company, although I don’t know David Murrell as well as I know his team members, but we’ve interacted twice. Once when I asked him a question during the first day of training in March of 2021. I asked David how is business since COVID? I asked him that question, because I really wanted to know his perspective as I was anticipating opening a laser removal business. His response was metered and reserved 😊 as a company president would respond given the hardships that the pandemic had created for many business around the world. David said, and this is not a direct quotes, we have many lasers out there working and there are some that are not being productive due to COVID. What I like about his response is that I felt like he was being genuinely honest. Considering he was presenting himself to Twelve (12) potential sales, I really appreciated the honesty and integrity in his response. The last time I spoke with David was due a COVID issue with shipping our Laser. I ask for a call and he promptly called us and considered our concerned and he provided us a very fair compromise. I could not ask for and more of David Murrell, President of Astanza Laser and his incredible team of professionals.
