Product Marketing Manager
The Product Marketing Manager is a highly motivated, analytical, and customer driven individual. Candidates best suited for this role will have worked in a marketing role in the aesthetic laser or medical device industry for 2 – 3 years. The Product Marketing Manager works closely with the VP of Marketing and the VP of Global Sales to assist with developing sales collateral, marketing materials, website content, product videos, email blasts, and organizing national and local sales events.
Non-Profit and Corrections Strategic Sales
Astanza is looking to hire a salesperson based in Dallas, TX to sell laser tattoo removal and other medical devices nationwide to non-profits and correctional institutions. A large portion of time will be spent responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), finding new RFPs, and reaching out to non-profits and correctional institutions that have job training programs or a goal of aiding those about to be released with getting jobs.
Successful representatives will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong desire to understand the science of laser tattoo removal. Must be able to educate potential customers about laser technology and the benefits of laser tattoo removal to increase job opportunities and reduce recidivism.
Territory Sales Representative – Nationwide except for Dallas, TX

Laser Technician
Will maintain and repair a variety of Astanza laser systems in the United States and Europe. Must have strong knowledge of Q-switched laser technology and be able to quickly diagnose technical issues. Successful applicants will have strong interpersonal skills for interacting with existing laser clients. Extensive travel required.
Marketing Specialist

Marketing Intern
Astanza is looking for energetic, talented individuals to join our marketing team for a Summer Internship. Good applicants will be quick learners with excellent writing skills. We have an emphasis on digital marketing, so our marketing intern will need to create high-quality blog material, contribute to our social media presence, and more.
We want this to be an internship where you really enjoy what you are doing and you learn a lot! We also have a number of print projects that require a familiarity with Photoshop/Illustrator other creative software.

Business Development/Inside Sales Manager
The Business Development/Inside Sales Manager is a highly motivated, analytical and customer driven individual and reports directly to the VP of Global Sales. Candidates best suited for this role will have worked in sales training and leading a team of inside sales professionals while also working on key accounts. The Inside BD/Sales Manager will also work with the team to continually improve the team’s performance and develop their skills through training, mentoring and implementing new tools. This individual is also responsible for managing key national accounts and selling service contracts and working with national non-profit customers. This individual has a passion for sales and customer service and identifies strategies and opportunities to enhance the sales team’s performance.
